Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or solution.
