We want you to love every item you purchase from us! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Accessories (bows, socks, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Seasonal/holiday items

Return Options
Once your return is approved, you may choose:

  • Store credit (issued as a gift card)
  • Exchange for a different size (if available)

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Excessive returns may be subject to review
